- Non-Perishable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, perishable products (such as fresh food, cheese, and meats) cannot be returned.
If the product does not meet these conditions, we regret that we will not be able to process a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable food products (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, and meats).
- Gift cards or any products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved:

- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to an error on our part.
